High Court provides guidance on the retentions regime
The recent High Court decision in Bennet v Ebert Construction Limited (In rec & liq) confirms retentions do not exist until the payment from which they are being withheld is made to the subcontractor.
2019 Thought Leadership Sessions
The Construction division will be leading four Thought Leadership Sessions next year, giving an overview of issues in the construction industry and suggest the best approach going forward.
