Travis Tomlinson elected to the New Zealand Society of Construction Law Council

Congratulations to MinterEllisonRuddWatts Senior Associate Travis Tomlinson on being elected to the Council of the New Zealand Society of Construction Law.

Travis is a senior construction and infrastructure transactional lawyer, with expertise in both private and public sector procurement and projects. He primarily acts for clients and developers, and tier-1 contractors and consultants, on all forms of procurement and delivery models.

On hearing of the appointment, Chair of MinterEllisonRuddWatts, Lloyd Kavanagh said: “This is excellent recognition by the industry of Travis’ expertise and skill in construction law matters. His depth of knowledge and pragmatic approach will be great assets to the Council.”

The New Zealand Society of Construction Law has more than 700 members from all sectors of the construction industry, providing a means for industry participants to spearhead discussion of issues impacting the construction sector.
