Provide hybrid working

We know first-hand how hybrid working (the mix of working from the office and working from home) is making a difference to how we work, interact with others, and remain productive. We also know that our offices are great places for collegiality, connection, learning and developing, creativity and innovation – and above all, for helping to build and maintain our culture.

For us, hybrid working is having the best of both worlds. That is why most staff have the option of working two days at home each week, with designated team days so we all also experience the benefits of the office.

We have invested heavily in technology to ensure we have the IT equipment, systems and capability for remote working to be seamless. We also provide our people with a ‘WFH Equipment Package’ so that everyone has what they need to set-up a remote office and can work safely and effectively.

We know and support the range of work and family situations, whether it is working from home to avoid a long commute, working from a different office to visit family, different start or finish times to manage school drop-offs, to fit in exercise, or to avoid traffic.

Our aspiration is for flex to be something we do as part of delivering the best client service and being the best we can be – to waka hourua (bring on the future).

Diversity and Inclusion Diversity and Inclusion

We champion diversity and inclusion within our firm, the legal profession and our wider communities.
