The list has traditionally recognised workplaces that are leading the way with policies, programmes and initiatives that engage staff in career progression, leadership and employee health and wellbeing.
However, in today’s changing employment market, the biggest factor for lawyers when considering a role is a strong workplace culture.
This year, the firms recognised as ‘employers of choice’ are those that have responded to the changing market and are putting their employees first.
