Michelle is the firm’s HR Director and is responsible for all people, capability and leadership functions. Michelle’s role involves developing people and applying and embedding best practice human resource approaches to enable all individuals to reach their potential.
Michelle works closely with the Board, our CEO and Leadership team to create an environment where everyone can achieve their best. She also oversees future capability and ensures the firm has the right people for the right jobs.
Michelle’s background as a change and transformation leader across New Zealand and Australia within a range of service based models, including financial services, telecommunications, insurance, hospitality and health provides her with the core competencies to support the firm’s commitment to deliver client service with excellence.
She has a strong background in all HR strategic and operational functions having lead a significant number of teams and HR initiatives. Listening and caring is always at the forefront of Michelle’s role and she is always focussed on ways to improve processes and support others in the delivery of organisational performance.
