Acted for international engineering consultant and fabricator in dispute regarding data centre generator enclosures. Assisted with case and mediation preparation. Dispute successfully resolved early into formal proceedings with all claims against our client withdrawn without payment.

Acting for a global engineering consultancy in a high-value arbitration arising from its role as design engineer on a geothermal power project. Supporting analysis of complex contractual, engineering, liability and procedural issues, working alongside the project team, experts and King’s Counsel, and managing case preparation.
