Sam is the firm’s Chief Information Officer. He has more than 25 years’ experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, governance and operations across banking, energy, transport, entertainment and technology consulting.
Sam works alongside the board, senior leadership team and partnership to ensure the firm’s technology supports its wider strategy and the changing needs of its people and clients. He oversees the firm’s technology function, focusing on building reliable, secure and effective systems. He helps the firm assess its technology priorities, make informed investment decisions and turn its strategy into practical programmes of work. This includes considering how technology, systems and processes can improve collaboration, support client service and help the firm operate more effectively.
Sam brings together strategic planning, architecture, governance, programme management and operational leadership to enable the firm to collaborate effectively and deliver a consistent service to clients.
