As a well-developed country full of opportunity, immigrating to New Zealand offers an environment where your business and work-life balance can thrive. Our beautiful country offers the best of both worlds – pristine landscapes for weekend escapes matched by the fast-paced excitement of city living.
Our immigration practice focuses on immigration that supports business growth and we specialise in investor visa types.
We advise clients from a range of sectors including health, film and productions, horticulture, financial services, technology, hospitality and tourism, and education, as well as high net-worth individuals on day-to-day visa/immigration queries.
As part of a globally connected, full-service law firm, our immigration team works alongside other specialist practices that are well equipped to advise on other issues associated with moving to New Zealand, such as employment, tax, and corporate law matters.
We also have a close working relationship with Immigration New Zealand (INZ) who we regularly engage with on particularly complex immigration issues.
We can help you by:
providing general guidance and strategic immigration advice
assisting with visa applications, including for employees
advising on COVID-19 border restrictions
liaising directly with INZ on your behalf
assisting non-resident individuals with their tax affairs, including the application of the foreign trust regime.
