Leading law firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts is pleased to have advised on the strategic transaction that sees Grant Thornton Advisors LLC welcoming Grant Thornton New Zealand to its multinational advisory and tax platform.
The deal marks a significant expansion into the Asia Pacific region for Grant Thornton Advisors, which now spans more than 20 time zones and includes high-performing professional services firms across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. The addition of Grant Thornton New Zealand strengthens the platform’s global capabilities and reach.
